Samantha is a Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She brings over seventeen years of luxury high-end resort and spa experience to her clients. Samantha was born and raised in Manchester, Vermont and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont Gubenstein Environmental School – Hotel and Ski Area Management Program with an MBA minor from the School of Business.

Samantha graduated from Aesthetic Science Institute in Latham, NY with 650 hours of training and graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA with over 720 hours of training. She is working towards obtaining her CIDESCO diploma which is the world's most prestigious qualification in the field of aesthetics and beauty therapy based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Samantha is also preparing to sit for the National Certification in massage and working towards obtaining 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certification. Samantha says, "My specialties in massage are: sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and therapeutic massage. "I enjoy working with my clients in reducing pain, improving overall health, and providing a relaxing and nurturing environment. I specialize in skin analysis, customized facials and peels, pre and post-operative skin-care management and microdermabrasion. I also provide make-up education/application and cover-up."

Previously, Samantha was the Spa Director at the famous Hotel Del Coronado a four-star and historic resort located in Coronado, CA where she oversaw the spa, fitness, and tennis operation. She was fundamentally involved in the planning of a new 22,000 sqft spa with twenty two treatment rooms, managed a spa staff of eighty with over a two million dollar budget. She also has worked in numerous positions front and back of the house at The Equinox Resort & Spa, "A Leading Spa of the World", a former RockResort and four-star historic property located in Manchester Vermont. Samantha was a Human Resource Training Manager responsible for the overall training, staff development, brand standards, and orientation programs. Samantha was the Employee Experience Human Resource Manager at Stratton Mountain Resort with over 1500 associates and obtained the prestigious Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (National Pass rate of 60%) and was in charge of training and development, created Legends of Hospitality Training Programs, Steps to Success Program, brand standards, employee engagement, as well as organizational change and development. She also taught Power YogaShape and Pilates classes at the Stratton Sports Center and Manchester Athletic Club.

Samantha also was a Board Member of the Planning Commission in Brighton, Vermont where she owned and operated The Avalon Inn and Spa an elegant and upscale Vermont Inn and Spa offering spa packages, spa services, yoga, massage, pilates, hot tub, steam room, pool, down comforters, down pillows, 320 thread count sheets, antiques, and Caswell Massey amenities to its guests. The Avalon "Snowmobiling Capital of the East" specialized in all-inclusive Outdoor Retreats and Outdoor Women's Retreats such as: Hiking and Yoga for your Soul, Kayaking for Fun, The Art of Fly Fishing, Upland Hunting Excursions, Women's Yoga, Intro to Snowmobiling weekends, and Yoga for Life retreats. The Avalon was chosen as Yankee Magazine Editor's Choice within the first year of operation and featured in Yoga Journal, Women's Health, and other national publications.
